INGREDIENTS:-
-cheese : 300 grams
-oil : 3 tbsp
-sliced onion: 4
-capsicums: 2
-salt: to taste
-soy sauce :2 tbsp
- tomato sauce: 3 tbsp
-cabbage: 1
-red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
-tomato: 1
-maida: 5 tbsp

METHOD:-
-cut the cheese into small size squares.
-heat 1tbsp oil in a pan.
-roll the cheese squares in maida powder.
- heat cheese until the edges start to turm brown.
-again heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai.
-add the tomato in kadai and wait for 1/2 min.
-then add capsicums, cabbage, sliced onion in it.
-after 2-3 min add cheese,cook on high heat and tossing.
-add salt,soy sauce, tomato sauce,red chilli powder and mix well.
- tossing again until the sauces thickens the gravy.
- serve hot.
